New Balance unveils the “Festival Pack”, proposing, in key unusual two models of the iconic series 99x, by features of the futuristic, and for its silhouette, which include some of the most iconic and celebrated brand of Boston. In the years ’90, in fact, New Balance launched the 997 (1991) and the 998 (1993), two models that still today are considered of must-haves.

New mix, new look

New Balance reinterprets these two icons by mixing fabrics and colours, offering a contemporary style, thought for those who will participate to the upcoming music festivals, and for those who are preparing for a trip on the road, crossing the so long as the charmed streets of the United States. The inserts of these three models MADE IN the USA fabric multicolor embroidered in the front and in the collar and alternate to the more classical structure of the upper in the pigskin.

The model 997 is presented in a unique variant from the more classic tones. To cover most of the upper is the resistant mesh that lets the space to contrast details, such as the tab in denim embroidered that refers to the “Stars and Stripes” (american); the sole is finally characterized by the technology Encap, that we know well in these parts. Inside the pack, there are also two variants of the 998, one in shades of blue with tongue tie-dye and forefoot fabric zebra print, the other with embroidered fabric contrast inspired floral.

The “Festival Pack” with the new 997 and 998 will be available from August in the stores New Balance, in the best Sneaker Store and on newbalance.it at the price of € 220 each.
